I made this photo between flights at LAX airport. I was amazed at the enormity of the airport and the advertising displays. When I came to this spot, I stopped dead in my tracks. I liked the convergence of lines of the interior architecture. I made a number of images and waited for the advertising rectangles for the watch to look good together above and below the passenger bridge. The blue tones of the advertising display shown here complemented the tones of the steel and the yellow flooring. Groups of travelers were in many of my shots, but in this one, only one lone traveler in the lower left is apparent. She t acts as an accent to the scene and gives perspective to the size of this place. She may be small, but she is meaningful.
